4 Tips for your Heli Wedding
There’s nothing else quite like it: pure excitement and adrenaline leading up to your ceremony. Absolute bliss as you tie the knot in an awe-inspiring, remote location that feels like a dream.

4 TIPS FOR YOUR HELI WEDDING
01. CHOOSE THE RIGHT FOOTWEAR
While it might be hot and warm in the valley bottom, up on a mountain peak, there’s going to be snow and ice! Make sure you opt for shoes with some grip, instead of a flat sole.
02. BE MINDFUL OF THE WIND
Big gusts of mountain wind can come and go pretty quickly — and we’ve seen several veils lost to the elements over the years! Make sure yours is snugly secured in place, with extra reinforcement, and hang tight to sweaters and other belongings.
03. BRING SOME FESTIVE DRINKS!
It’s not every day that you get to toast on top of a mountain peak — and it’s even more special when the drinks are raised to your long and happy life with your partner. Whether you choose champagne or something more casual, we recommend bringing some celebratory refreshments to ring in your new chapter in an epic location.
04. OPT TO STILL WEAR YOUR NICE OUTFITS
If you’re bringing your wedding party with you, they’ll want to bring some cozy warm parkas — as will you! But we’ll still want to snap those gorgeous wedding photos, so make sure everyone’s ready to brave the elements for a few minutes to show off your elegant dresses and smart jackets. (It won’t be too bad, we promise!) We love how these glamorous outfits look with nature’s beauty as the backdrop.
